Humankind is now facing unprecedented global crisis due to Covid-19 pandemic. To control the infection rate the movements are restricted by the countries. Work from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling, no-outing, isolation etc. changed the life style of the people. It had a severe impact on the mental health of the society causing stress, anxiety, and depression on the rising trend.<\/span><\/p>\n We know \u2018the storm will pass & humankind will survive\u2019, most of us will still be alive \u2014 but we will inhabit a different world. Historically, pandemics have forced humans to break with the past and imagine their world anew.<\/span><\/p>\n Hence the need of the time is to get motivated and ask ourselves not only how to overcome the immediate threat, but also what kind of world we will inhabit once the storm passes. Every crisis is also an opportunity so consider it is as a gateway from one world to the next. Thus we can anticipate that when the world will be rebooted the phrase \u201cgo back to normal<\/em>\u201d may change as \u201cstart with new normal<\/em>\u201d. But what, exactly, is this new-normal? And what, exactly, needs to change? These are all bulwarks against the virus.
